Information about La Petite Grange
The ground floor is open plan with a vaulted kitchen, stairs to upstairs and a further vaulted lounge/dining area together with a very large double bedroom which is set up for your visit with either with an extra large double bed or two single beds (please let us know in advance!). The upstairs bedroom is also spacious and houses a double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with toilets and there is plenty of space in each bedroom for a baby bed/cot.

Living area
5 seater sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs and writing desk. Electric fire. Flat screen TV with French channels. Music centre. Wi-fi connection.Bookshelves with books and games.
Kitchen
4 ring electric hob, oven, grill and rotisserie, fridge, cafétière Nespresso, kettle and microwave. Fully kitted out with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils for 4 people.
Downstairs Bedroom
Double bed/ 2 single beds, pillows and duvet (bed linen is included in your holiday price and the bed is made up for your arrival), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table, mirror, washbasin, chair and hanging hooks. En-suite shower room with toilet and washing machine. This room has its own outside access in addition to access from the kitchen/living area and has the benefit of its own gravelled area with table and two chairs
Upstairs Bedroom
Double bed, pillows and duvet (bed linen is included in your holiday price and the bed is made up for your arrival), bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, hanging space and large wardrobe/chest. En-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Please note that we have a septic tank and therefore care has to be taken about detergents in both bathrooms and the kitchen and with flushing the toilet.
Both bedrooms have ample space for a baby's cot/bed. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs to bedroom 1.
Overall internal floor area 85m2.
Outside
Front Terrace - Large area in front of La Petite Grange with views, large table, four chairs and barbecue, shaded by a large awning and beautiful fig tree.
Side Terrace - There is a small terrace outside the ground floor bedroom with a table and chairs, a lovely place for breakfast.
There is an additional grassy area with sun loungers, benches and parasol which is shared with our guests of La Magnanerie.
Extra information
Useful extras - board games, playing cards and a selection of English and French books and magazines and CDs. Welcome pack.
Hand and bath towels, pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided as part of your holiday price. Please ensure that you bring your own beach towels as our towels cannot be taken out of the building.
A cot and a high chair can also be provided at a fee of 10 euros per item per week subject to availability to be booked at the time you make your reservation (but if you forget, ask us later and we will see if they are available).
If you would like us to arrange flowers, wine, champagne or chocolates for you for your arrival, please let us know and we will arrange this for you at a pre agreed price. Similarly, we can book restaurants and taxis for you if you struggle with French.
